Role of Organizational Culture on Project Success

چکیده
The purpose of this study is to investigate organizational factors that contribute to project success. A survey based research is conducted with project managers to study the relationship between current and preferred organizational cultural orientation and project success. The study revealed that clan culture is significantly related to project performance, as well as internal and external business success factors. Implications of the findings for the organization and further research directions are given.
